Roger L. Brooks

Roger L. Brooks is an American author, loyalty strategist and trusted authority with more than 18 years of experience in developing, supporting, and implementing customer loyalty and rewards strategies.  He is the author of The Power of Loyalty: 10 Essential Steps to Build a Successful Customer Loyalty Strategy, (Entrepreneur Press 2010), and is a contributing writer for Entrepreneur magazine and for several business and trade magazines including Loyalty Management, NACS Magazine, Convenience Store News and CSP Magazine. Roger's work has been showcased in prominent publications such as FOX Business, Yahoo! Finance, Forbes.com, The Wall Street Journal Digital Network, Market Watch, MSNBC.com, TheStreet.com, Reuters.com, and EuroInvestor.

More than 10,000 business executives subscribe to his popular e-zine, Dose of Loyalty.   His platform is to educate, train and strategize with companies of all sizes to implement best practices for customer loyalty strategies as it relates to consumers, employees, partners, and suppliers.  Roger is the creator of Loyalty Formula, an online training tool to for entrepreneurs and small business owners. He is also the founder of LIFT (Loyalty Index Formula Trajectory) Loyalty Ratings, a loyalty rating system, which measures a company’s loyalty output compared to like businesses within the industry. Roger has worked and was instrumental in conceiving groundbreaking loyalty and incentive programs for a portfolio of clients including GE Capital, Bank of Montreal, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (Sam’s Club), Chase Universal MasterCard, JP Morgan Chase, Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) and BP.  Roger has advanced the customer loyalty experience for a wide range of companies across industries. 

He is the author and Editor-in-Chief of FACES of the Southern Tier, Portraits and Profiles of 50 Fascinating People.  Two editions were published to pay tribute to his daughter who successfully underwent seven surgeries to correct a severe vascular birthmark known as a hemangioma. Portions of the proceeds were donated to the Vascular Birthmark Foundation.

Roger resides in Binghamton, New York with his wife Sabrina, and children Alexis and Roger, II.
