In 2007, Roger L. Brooks was on an airplane with his brother-in-law, Raymond Stanton, III.  He handed Roger a book to read called, The Little Red Book of Selling by Jeffrey Gitomer.  The book forever changed Roger’s outlook on his business.  Roger became a columnist for several trade magazines, and began writing his first book on customer loyalty.

Roger signed a publishing agreement with Entrepreneur Press in December of 2009, and The Power of Loyalty: 10 Essential Steps to Build a Successful Customer Loyalty Strategy hit the bookshelves in June of 2010.  Since then, Roger made a commitment to produce content and stimulate awareness about customer loyalty accross multiple industires.
